二十六歲那年，在瓜地馬拉阿蒂特蘭湖的一座火山經歷靈魂出體。

在德國最大的『Hauser』探險公司擔任嚮導九年，探索路線涵括尼泊爾、印度和西藏境內的喜馬拉雅山區。

接受達賴喇嘛、第十七世噶瑪巴法王、嘉旺竹巴法王、傑尊瑪丹津·葩默啟蒙學習藏傳佛教。
皈依一行禪師學習佛法。
兩年在尼泊爾跟隨斯瓦米·瑜珈·欽馬亞進行瑜珈能量僻靜。
接受卡巴金與馬克·威廉斯所創之正念減壓課程與正念認知療法的訓練。
與肯恩·威爾伯等人學習整合途徑。
其他參學過的大師們還有：拜倫·凱蒂、Punjaji, Raffia Morgan,Turiya Hanover, Dwari, Devapath 等。
在印度境內的喜馬拉雅山區接近馬那里的避靜居所『洞窟』中半閉關修行七年。

「再次學習不二論（advaita）、佛學、及現代方法如Ken Wilber的整合心理學之後，我清楚了解到，並非單獨一條門徑就可以通往終極答案的。反之，所有的方法都是這個浩瀚且不斷擴張改變之宇宙拼圖的一部份。
我目前的了解是，終極的真相並非只存在於男性的絕對論或極樂世界中，它同樣也平等地存在於女性面不斷改變的表現形式中。意識和愛或絕對和表現形式是密不可分的。這觀念帶領我走上」，悖論之路並讓我的觀點更完整。」（迦雅）

20 years as session giver and seminar facilitator at the "Multiversity" in Pune – mainly in the "School for Centering and Zen Martial Arts" working with thousands of people from all over the world. Manager of multiple Osho companies in Germany.
Production manager of Osho publications in Pune.
Several years main leader for "Who is in?" – Awareness Intensive Meditation (AIM) in Pune.
Facilitated Satori-retreats.
Main facilitator and co-developer of the "Hara Awareness Massage" process.

“After renewed studies of Advaita, Buddhism, as well as modern approaches like Ken Wilber’s Integral it became very clear to me that no approach is holding an ultimate answer alone. Rather they are all peaces in the puzzles of a vast ever changing universe.
My current understanding is, that the ultimate truth is not just located in a male approach of Absolute or Nirvana, but is equally present in the female aspects of an ever-changing manifestation. Consciousness and Love or Absolute and Manifestation belong inseparable together. This leads me on a “Path of Paradox”, and a much more encompassing view.” (Jaya)
My current understanding is, that the ultimate truth is not just located in a male approach of Absolute or Nirvana, but is equally present in the female aspects of an ever-changing manifestation. Consciousness and Love or Absolute and Manifestation belong inseparable together. This leads me on a “Path of Paradox”, and a much more encompassing view.” (Jaya)
