旅行對我來說是一種召喚，這個召喚總是來自未知，在未知中又存有難以瞭解的熟悉感。
這或許就是人們所謂「靈魂的悸動」
少年時期在德國圖書館借來的書裡讀到中國，我就心生嚮往，十七歲看到電視介紹古格王朝，岡仁波齊山（聖山之山，地球的第七脈輪）我就知道自己必須到那裡去。
二十五年前，拉達克是我隨著內在未知召喚抵達的第一站！人稱高隘口之土地的國度，是古代絲路的必經之地，曾經是古格王朝的領地，也是中國古代高僧和旅行家玄奘印度取經的路線。聽說玄奘大師在這一帶停留了兩年。
接著我也幸運的成為德國最大的探險旅遊公司的導遊，足跡踏遍喜馬拉雅山區，西藏高原，岡仁波齊更是造訪了四次之多。在導遊期間，我的內心一直有個渴盼，希望找到一群不只是為了征服群山，不只是為了大開眼界，也同時為了探索內在而旅行的伙伴！
再次的，神如此眷顧我，讓我一次一次帶著講中文的朋友探訪位於世界屋脊的景色與文化，並且在其中與內在高原相逢。
拉達克的高原地形，充滿地，水，火，風，空質樸的元素，沒有炫麗的大樹花朵，卻建構出炫麗的宗教文化。
這或許是我最後一次造訪拉達克！2020年的我將會是什麼面貌？2020年的拉達克又有何不同？已經認識的旅伴，以及有緣的新朋友，都是未知的。

This year’s meditation journey will be entirely in the amazing land and spiritual culture of Ladakh.
Through the crystal-clear air of the Trans-Himalayas, we can enjoy the vast blue skies over snowcapped yellow mountains reflected in the waters of the lakes. Oases of green trees and fields contrast with the desert valley of the Indus river.
Monasteries and villages line up like pearls on a string along the rivers.
Meditation-travels with Jaya are a unique blend of inner and outer journeys. You will be invited to let each turn of the road be a new discovery of hidden messages from nature. And each moment can be a step into our inner world.
Buddha’s “Journey without a goal” can be experienced in its true meaning.
On the ways we will explore gompas and temples, which have been worshipped for many centuries. There, through introspection, we can taste the divine symbols and see in them reflections of our inner essential treasures.
We will conduct and excursion to remote high-altitude lakes and meditate on vast emptiness in space.
The unusual combination of inner and outer makes this an extraordinary and unforgettable adventure
